Terms of Use

Effective July 16, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Flutter, provided by TallyHQ, Inc. By using Flutter or sending a message through a Flutter link, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age that applies where you live. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms yourself, your parent or legal guardian must agree for you. Do not use Flutter if the service is prohibited where you live.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping any recovery credentials secure. Usernames may not impersonate others, violate rights, mislead people, or be used to evade enforcement. We may reclaim or disable usernames when reasonably necessary.

Messages and conduct

You may not send or post content that:

Recipients can report content and block a sender's pseudonymous fingerprint. We may filter, quarantine, remove, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, or law.

Anonymity and hints

"Anonymous" means Flutter does not show the recipient your identity as part of ordinary message delivery. It does not mean untraceable. Flutter may process and retain limited technical information for abuse prevention, and may respond to valid legal process or serious safety threats. Paid hints are coarse signals and are not guaranteed to identify a sender.

Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Pricing and the renewal period are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. Except where law requires otherwise, charges are non-refundable; Apple handles refund requests.

License and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use Flutter as intended. Flutter branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights in your content and grant us a limited license to host, process, moderate, and display it only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety risk, legal requirements, or service protection. You may stop using Flutter and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

Flutter is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
